An update on our offices

Home Park Reopens
Home Park Housing Office is near completion of refurbishment works and will be open to the public 31 March. This will signal the transfer of staff from
Lee Housing Office to Home Park with Lee closing Friday 28 March.

Kingswear Housing Office
Dunlop Hayward operates from Kingswear Housing Office, there are no Lewisham Homes staff at this site. Lewisham Homes printed information and a courtesy phone to contact our staff are available.

Surgeries will be held every Wednesday from 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

Lee Green Closure
Lewisham Homes consulted residents about the office merge project in July 2007. The majority of residents agreed with the proposal which was presented to Mayor and Cabinet on 14 November 2008 and subsequently agreed. As a result Lee Green Housing Office will close on March 28.

Surgeries will be held at Merridale, Carston Close every Monday 2pm-4pm and Thursday 9.30am-11.30am.

Info for New Cross Gate
Residents in the New Cross Gate area have voted no to stock transfer. Lewisham Homes will continue to manage these properties until Lewisham
Council has resolved how to secure the investment needed to improve these homes.
Lewisham Homes is now proposing to transfer services currently delivered from Kender to Lewisham Homes' North Area Office at Pepys Estate.

Heathside surgeries
Surgeries will be held at the Tenants Club Room at 58 Lethbridge Close every Tuesday 2pm-4pm and 9.30am-11.30am.
