Direct Debit form online

Just follow these easy steps to pay by Direct Debit.

1.  Print out the Direct Debit form (pdf).
2.  Complete the Direct Debit form and indicate whether you want to pay weekly, four weekly or calendar monthly. 
Remember Direct Debit must always be paid in advance. 
3.  Send the form to:
     London Borough of Lewisham
     Rent Income and Accounts
     Capital House
     47 Rushey Green
     London SE6 4AS
4.  Your Direct Debit will be processed within two weeks, however if you have selected a monthly
      payment it could be a month until your first payment is taken out from your account.
