Gas service for leaseholders

Adaptations to our offices

Lift shut ins update

Lewisham Multi Lingual Advice Service (LMLAS) provides free information, advice and advocacy to people who speak little or no English in Lewisham and surrounding boroughs.

1000+ residents attend Open Day

The Grove: Official opening
Lewisham’s The Grove is the latest revamped play space to open as part of the £1 million Playbuilder programme, which will see the transformation and creation of 20-25 play areas across the borough.
Your say – Repairs Services
When Lewisham Homes took over housing services in January 2007 we knew repairs was a top priority for our residents.
In November 2008 we took on management of Repairs Services from Lewisham Council - this means we directly manage the Contact Centre and Repairs Operatives.
Leaseholders: are you having money troubles?
Our Leasehold Services team can offer advice to make sure you are claiming the benefits you are entitled to, such as Jobseeker’s Allowance, and in some cases assist with claiming housing costs.
