Neighbourhood Nuisance Removed
A resident from Lind Street, Deptford, who had caused nuisance at his mother's property for over 2 years was given a without notice injunction order removing him from the property.

In breach of the injunction the resident returned to the property and the judge sentenced him to 1 week in prison for the breach. At a later hearing the injunction and power of arrest were extended for 2 years. The perpetrator cannot now come within 200 metres of his mother's address until 2013.
