Our Major Works contractors MITIE and Breyer are working closely with residents and staff to deliver quality homes in Lewisham and support our wider community.

As a result, we have some exciting initiatives that we hope will benefit all Lewisham Homes’ residents.
Work Clubs
Working with our contractors, we will be holding Work Clubs from November 2011. The clubs will offer support with CV writing, completing job applications, conducting mock interviews and referring participants to training and employment opportunities. They will be held on the first and third Thursday of every month from November.
DIY Training
Want to learn how to paint your walls or hang wall paper like a pro? Contact us to attend our DIY training sessions on the 8 October, places are limited so be in quick!
Volunteer work placements
Do you want to brush up on your skills? Get some work experience for your CV? Or simply have some extra time and want to do something different? If so, this may be just the opportunity for you. Our contractors are offering voluntary work placements in administration support, as a Drivers Mate or as a trainee Resident Liaison Officer. All successful applicants will have their travel expenses and lunch paid for and be able to access training and development opportunities
