You can report antisocial behaviour to us 24 hours seven days a week.

Did you know that we have an out of hours antisocial behaviour service? This service allows residents to report antisocial behaviour 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If you call outside of working hours, our first priority is to find out if the call is an emergency and whether or not the Police are needed. If the case is an emergency, we will advise you to contact the Police and ensure that a case is logged for the ASB team to follow up on. We will work closely with the Police and other support agencies.
Where the case is not an emergency, we will take down all the details of the case and ensure it is logged so that the ASB team have all the information they need to investigate your report.
This service has been introduced to give residents greater flexibility and to make reporting antisocial behaviour as easy as possible. Call 0800 028 2028 - Press 2 to make a report (It may be cheaper to call 020 8613 400 from a mobile).
Remember: you can still report any issues or concerns you have during the day by phone, email, online or at any of our housing offices or simply contact the ASB team for more information.
