Pay your rent and win
This month, we’re excited to launch our quarterly ‘model tenants’ and direct debit reward scheme for those tenants who are 100% up-to-date with their rent payments and those who opt to pay by direct debit.

How does it work?
Every three months, we will do two prize draws, one for being a model tenant and one for paying by direct debit: To be eligible for the ‘model tenant’ prize draw – You must:
- be up-to-date with your rent and with no housing related debts;
- have no ASB actions brought against you; and
- have allowed access to your property for gas servicing.
You will be entered into a draw to win first prize of £150 or second prize of £75. This can be paid out in shopping vouchers from a recognised high street retailer or into a Lewisham Plus Credit Union account.
To be eligible for the direct debit prize draw – You must:
- meet the criteria for the model tenant prize draw; and
- have paid your rent by direct debit for 12 consecutive months prior to the prize draw.
You will be entered into a draw to win £75. This can be paid out in shopping vouchers from a recognised high street retailer or into a Lewisham Plus Credit Union account. Please see our website for full terms and conditions.
