The Residents' Business Plan for 2010/11 is well underway with many of your priorities already completed - such as setting up extended hours for caretakers and offering a bulky household waste removal service to residents who live on estates.
We'll be updating you over the course of the year to make sure you can keep track of how we're doing.
This report summarises all those tasks highlighted in the Plan and what progress we've made to date. Look out for those in green meaning that they've been completed!
