New Cross Assembly have provided £10,000 and are encouraging youth in the area to come along to the Community Fun Day and vote on what activities the money should be spent on. If you’re aged between 13-19 and live, work or learn in the New Cross area, this is your chance to have your say!
The Community Fun Day will also be host to a variety of fun activities, 
including:
- Nail Art
- Hand Massages
- Face Painting
- Millwall ‘Mini Sports Day’
- Bouncy Castle
- Lucky Dip
- Raffle
- BBQ
- Music by DJ Academy.
The Event will be held at Fordham Park, Pagnell St, New Cross SE14, on 18 August 2011, between 12–5pm.
