Annual Report 2011

It has been a good year with Lewisham Homes achieving ‘two stars’ in the Audit Commission inspection. This meant that we were able to apply for funding to make major improvements to homes under the Decent Homes Programme.

We achieved the second highest level of indicative Decent Homes Funding at £94.5m and we have entered an exciting period as work is already underway to improve our homes.

We have also been working to improve the services we provide to you. Inside this report is information on:

• what the expected national standard of service is (set by the Tenant Services Authority) and how we are performing against that standard;
• what the Audit Commission said about our services and;
• what improvements we are planning for the future.
