Working together to clear arrears

Income Officer Elizabeth Kariuki worked with charity organisation – Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association – to investigate rent arrears at a Lewisham Homes property. As a result, arrears of £983.26 were cleared by the charity and the tenant’s regular payments were put back on track. Lewisham Homes works with other organisations to ensure our residents are receiving all the benefits they are entitled to.
