Essex Energy and Castlepoint are not working on our behalf and both have been written to by Trading Standards. They are not to carry out works to Council dwellings.

We have contracted Mark Insulations to carry out cavity wall installations on our behalf. If work is due at your property you will have been notified by us.

As with any strange caller always ask for identification before letting anyone into your home.
