Ensuring our estates are fire safe
We work with the Fire Safety Authority to inspect our properties, and carry out separate fire risk assessments.

Residents can help by keeping corridors and staircases clear, as they may pose a fire risk. Store cupboards leading on to common areas should also always be kept locked shut.
Working smoke alarms are a key factor in surviving a fire and batteries should be changed annually, but safe practices are the first line of defence in preventing a fire.
The Fire Brigade can carry out home visits to give fire safety advice and fit smoke alarms.
