Residents can now get advice about claiming Housing Benefit and have claims assessed on the spot from staff based at Holbeach and Pepys Housing Offices.

Assessors will be able to verify information with the Department of Works and Pensions so you no longer need to provide evidence for benefits including Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support, Working Tax Credits and Pensions Credits.
