What are the top priorities for Lewisham Homes’ success?

• Continuing to implement effective policies and strategies to bring about improvements in value for money and increase customer satisfaction.
• Continue the building systems and structures that support excellent housing services.
• Good governance and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure support for improvement plans. It will have an innovative plan to deliver an excellent service, which will result in increased customer satisfaction.

And the biggest challenge it faces?

Some of the things we need to do require funding that we simply don’t have.

What are your hopes for Lewisham Homes’ residents?

To have a top performing housing service; and to be a proactive community organisation that supports residents in their endeavours to live and work in thriving communities.
