Is your gas servicing due?
If the gas appliances in your home are unsafe, you could be at risk. By having your gas appliances serviced yearly you can avoid this danger and help to keep your gas bill down by making sure your appliances are efficient.

Some tenants fail to give us access to their properties to carry out servicing, however, we are required by law to carry out a yearly safety check and tell you about the condition of your gas supply within 28 days.
You are entitled to this free service under your Tenancy Agreement. If you do not give us access to your home we will take legal action and obtain a warrant to force entry. If this is required you will be charged associated costs of up to £1000.
