New SMS pilot goes live
We're piloting a new SMS system so that we can communicate with you instantly about Repairs, Rent, Community Involvement and general information.

We’re always looking for new ways to communicate with our residents and employees. Especially if this means we can get important messages to you instantly – so that we can give you a more efficient service.
Our SMS system pilot went live at 12pm on Tuesday 20 October . Many of you will have already received texts from us in the past but this new system will help to give you the opportunity to contact us too.
Some of the ways we are looking to use this system include:
Repairs
- Confirming that you have raised a repair with us;
- Reminders about appointments coming up; and
- Satisfaction surveys so that we can make sure you are happy with the service you have received.
Community Involvement
- Opportunities to get involved in our service, and
- Training opportunities we are offering to our residents.
Rent
- You will be able to get your account balance by text.
- Reminders about paying your rent or if your account is in arrears.
General information
- To give general information about anything that affects you in your area, for example, if a lift is in need of repair or planned works are due to start soon on your estate.
