Residents have allocated £600,000 for security improvements in the Residents Business Plan 2011/12.

This year, we want residents to nominate those blocks that they think would benefit from CCTV and door entry systems. The final decisions will be made by the residents.
To nominate, you will need to tell us the full address (including the postcode) of the block you wish to nominate for CCTV and/or a Door Entry System and why you think it is needed. The closing date for nominations is Tuesday 31 May 2011 and successful bids will be notified by the end of Summer 2011. Leaseholders will be advised of the likely recharges through Section 20 notices.
