We’re almost there! Two years ago we opened the bidding for the Resident Led Programme, giving residents the opportunity to grab a share of £500,000 to improve your estates.

Now we’ve almost completed the 18 projects - on time and on budget.
The Landscaping Plus projects are the last to be completed and include six schemes on Evelyn Estate, Trundleys Terrace, Daubeney Tower, Somerville, Heston House and Valentine Court.
The works include creating a community garden with disabled access at Trundleys Terrace (put forward by Lewisham Disability Coalition), and environmental works at Daubeney Tower.
Residents designed schemes in this contract, from choosing what plants they wanted to what type of play equipment was to be installed. Work started on site in January and despite the bad weather projects are on target to be completed in March 2010.
