Oxestalls Road planning application

A planning application has been submitted to Lewisham Council by City & Provincial plc, for the area of land bordered by Evelyn Street, Oxestalls Road, Grove Street and Dragoon Road (but excluding Scott House, 185 Grove Street - formerly known as Diploma Works). Key elements of the application include:

• demolition of the existing buildings on site, excluding the former Public House on Grove Street
• up to 905 residential units and space for businesses, with proposed buildings ranging in height from 4 to 18 storeys
• landscaping and public open space.
