The service allows tenants and leaseholders to access their information at any time, including checking rent and service charge balances; as well as taking the opportunity to get involved in shaping housing services by registering for involvement opportunities and training events.

You can also use our site to make online payments for rent and leasehold service charges, as well as make enquiries of all our services via online forms.

Is it secure?

When you register to use our secure online service, your application will be replied to via email and we will then send your pin number to you in the post. You will need to input this the first time you login to the service, and will then be prompted to reset your password with one that only you know. The service is completely secure.
