Rehousing surgeries

Thursdays from 10am-midday and 2pm-5pm at Pepys Housing Office
Offering helpful advice and giving you the opportunity to update your housing profile on the spot. For example, if you recently had a child you may be looking to move to a larger property. By updating your information you are more likely to gain higher priority banding. We can also check that applications have been completed properly.

Welfare surgeries

Mondays from 10am-midday at Pepys Housing Office
Our Welfare Benefit Advisor can help you with your benefits entitlement and to claim for them. They can also give you information about the Lewisham Plus Credit Union (LPCU) who could offer you a Credit Union Current Account. Through LPCU you may also be able to borrow money at interest rates that are often lower than high street banks.
