Face to Face: Resident Priorities Survey

It’s an exciting time for Lewisham Homes. We’re ironing out the kinks in our services and charging ahead with improvements. But how do we decide what is priority? We listen to you – our residents During September Lewisham Homes staff were involved in the preparation, execution and analysis of our first ever face-to-face resident survey.

We talked to 330 residents on 27 estates about caretaking, repairs, antisocial behaviour and any other issues that arose. We wanted to hear what you had to say, face to face. We wanted to show you we are doing things in a different way – and that residents are at the heart of what we do.

From the response we got, we know our caretaking and repairs services need improvement, so those services will become a priority for us.

We used what you told us as the basis for a company-wide staff analysis of where we should be heading in order to deliver a two star service. Thank you to all those residents who opened their doors to us!
