Appointment times
Once you have reported a repair you will receive a receipt with an appointment time when you will be required to give access to your property.
How long you have to wait for an appointment will depend on the urgency of the repair.
We understand that tenants have many commitments including child care so we asked tenants how they would like us to adapt to best suit their lifestyles.
In response to tenant's suggestions for early morning appointments, evening appointments and Saturday morning appointments, we have expanded our appointment times:
Monday to Friday
Early morning 7am – 8am
Morning 8am – 1pm
Afternoon 12pm – 5pm
Evening 4.30pm – 7pm
Saturday 8am – 1pm
We hope these increased appointment times help to improve our service and are more convenient for tenants.
