Lewisham Homes is an ambitious organisation set up to improve housing in the borough, currently managing 18,000 homes on behalf of Lewisham Council. We are a not-for-profit organisation undertaking a major local investment programme, operating our own maintenance company, and building new homes through a partnership with the local authority.

We have been awarded the Two Ticks Positive about Disability accreditation which is awarded to employers who demonstrate to the Department of Work and Pensions (Job Centre Plus) that they have achieved, and are committed to, continually achieving 5 commitments relating to the employment of disabled people.
Investors in People
Investors in People (IiP) is the UK national standard that sets out a level of good practice for the achievement of organisational goals via staff training and development. We achieved IiP accreditation in 2009 and were awarded Gold in 2016.
