Lewisham Homes aims to provide you with excellent services, working to standards our residents have helped us to set and monitor.
You can report anti-social behaviour to us
- By visiting us at one of the local offices -
- By telephone
- By email or online
- In writing
- By minicom or fax
We will
- Contact you within one working day for severe* cases of anti-social behaviour
*Severe - i.e. where there is a clear, but not immediate, risk of physical injury or damage to property. - Keep you informed of the progress of your case every five working days where the anti-social behaviour is severe
- Make first contact with you within three working days, for non severe* cases of anti-social behaviour
*Non-severe - i.e. where there is no threat to personal safety or damage to property (e.g. noise nuisance, car parking disputes). - Advise you of action we can take within ten working days for non-severe cases of anti-social behaviour.
- Advise you in writing why we are closing a case and give you a date when we will stop monitoring.

We will keep you informed about services, improvements and performance information through newsletters, leaflets, texts and letters as well as our website.
Getting it right
We aim to provide you with excellent customer service at all times, but if you feel we are not meeting these standards please tell us. If we fail to meet our standards and this causes a problem we will try to rectify this fairly. We will deal positively with your comments and complaints, and of course we welcome compliments from you.
