Estate Services Customer Care Standards
Lewisham Homes Caretakers and Estate Services maintain and clean communal areas (shared) on our estates. Our aim is for Lewisham residents to live in safe and clean surroundings.
Lewisham Homes aims to provide you with excellent services, working to standards our residents have helped us to set and monitor.
We report the results of our monitoring to the Lewisham Homes Board and publish performance information on our website and in newsletters
You can report estate services issues to us:
- By advising the caretaker
- At our offices

We will:
Publish advance quarterly timetable of estate inspections on our website, and on estate notice boards.
- Achieve 94% of offensive graffiti removed from our land and property within 24 hours of this being reported by members of the public, including residents
- Achieve 94% of blocks meeting Lewisham Homes' internal cleaning standards in communal (shared) areas
- Achieve 90% of residents satisfied with internal cleaning and caretaking services
- Achieve 90% of residents satisfied with cleaning and upkeep of external areas.
- Achieve 90% of residents satisfied with grass cutting, gardening and upkeep of green areas rated as good.
- Publish the results of our programmed estate inspections on our website within two weeks of the date of the inspection.
- Make sure bulky items and fly- tipped rubbish is removed within 5 working days

We will keep you informed about services, improvements and performance information through newsletters, leaflets, texts and letters as well as our website .
Getting it right
We aim to provide you with excellent customer service at all times, but if you feel we are not meeting these standards please tell us. If we fail to meet our standards and this causes a problem we will try to rectify this fairly. We will deal positively with your comments and complaints, and of course we welcome compliments from you.
