Lewisham Tenants Fund are offering to pay for two tenants to attend the Changing Times: The future of race equality in housing conference, and also to fund ten people to attend a Tenant Participatory Advisory Service (TPAS) training courses.
Conference information
The conference will be held on the 22nd October 2008 and will cover topics such as community engagement, partnership working, rural minority ethnic housing and tenant involvement. The day will provide an opportunity for tenants and housing practitioners to consider what good race equality might look like and how the new housing regulator can ensure race equality in housing services.

TPAS training courses
The TPAS training courses cover a variety of topics such as dealing with difficult problems to production and publicity. They also span a wide time range with the earliest being on the 9th October 2008 and the latest on the 26th February 2009, full information about these courses is on the enclosed leaflet.
