Report your repairs
There are a number of ways for you to report a repair. If the repair is an emergency, please report it by calling the freephone number 0800 028 0 028 at any time.
Generally, any job that falls within the Right to Repair criteria should be completed on the first visit, these kinds of jobs include blocked kitchen sinks or sanitary units, leaking taps and pipes, faulty lights or sockets and leaking roofs.
Some repairs may require access to the property on more than one visit. These types of repairs usually involve the renewing of parts and/or fixtures within the property.
When reporting a repair, please quote your reference number or property address and have a pen and paper to hand.
