Lewisham Homes conducts regular estate inspections to assess work that has been done and examine the needs of the area. The Estate Cleanliness Standards guide provides the standards of cleaning you should expect on Lewisham Homes’ estates

Inspectors carry out programmed walkabouts on your estates and are joined by Tenancy Plus Officers, Caretakers and Councillors can attend. They examine communal areas and log repairs to be completed, you can read the guide for residents, Councillors and Officers undertaking inspections here.
