Evelyn Surgery Closure

Following the closure of the Evelyn Housing Office on 21 December 2007 a weekly housing surgery was made available at the Evelyn Community Centre for the local residents to discuss any issues they had with the services within Lewisham Homes.

Over the last few weeks we have noticed an increasing decline in the number of residents who attend these surgeries. In one week only three residents attended and the following weeks there have been no residents at all.

It is therefore with regret that a decision has been taken to withdraw the facility.

For any future enquiries you will need to contact or visit the Pepys Housing Office at 1a Eddystone Tower, Oxestalls Road, Deptford, London SE8 3QU.

If you are unable to get to the Pepys Office please contact the tenancy team on 0208 314 6923 who can arrange a home visit for you.

The opening times for Pepys Housing Office are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 10am-5pm
