External Decorations Programme

Lewisham Homes plans to decorate the outside of all our permanently managed properties every eight years. This is far more regularly than in recent years. However, due to the reduced investment previously, we have a catch up operation to get all properties into the 8 year cycle.

We are currently (July 2008) working on the first contract and expect to start the second over the summer.

The list of properties to be decorated within the first 2 contracts are attached.

We are currently developing the programme for the third contract, which is expected to start in January 2009, and end later in that year. As soon as that list is available it will be included on this page.

By the end of March 2009 the full 8 year programme will be available and we will publish it here.
