Property Services Improvement Group

The improvement group is a way that residents can get involved in shaping the service they receive. It meets 3 times a year and any Lewisham Homes resident interested in repairs and improving the service can come along.

At the meeting residents' hear an update of the current repairs performance and involvement activities that other residents have participated in. You will also have the opportunity to participate in discussion groups talking about topics relevant to the service.
