Would you like to have a say in how Housing Management services are delivered? This page will tell you how you as a resident can contribute and get involved to help shape the service you receive.
The Housing Management Improvement Group was launched on the 9th March 2010 and is designed to give residents the opportunity to drive through improvements to the Housing Management service. This includes how we tackle anti-social behaviour, how rent is collected, the services you recieve on your estate and much more.
The group has recently
- helped to shape the revised tenancy policy and procedures.
- assisted with the development of the responsible dog owners initiative.
- set residents priorities for estate inspections.
- developed the Community Improvement Competitive Fund.
