Leasehold Improvement Group (LIG)

This page gives information about the Leasehold Improvement Group and how leaseholders can get involved.

The purpose of the group is to enable leaseholders to influence the policies and procedures of those issues that only affect leaseholders.

Leaseholders have been involved in actively shaping their service, by changing their service charge statements to include a breakdown of their charges, helping to introduce direct debit payments for service charges, contributed to the Leasehold handbook and helped to set priorities for the residents business plan.

To find out about getting involved with these groups and other ways to share your views on any of our services, please contact the Community Involvement Team on 020 8613 7660 or getinvolved@lewishamhomes.org.uk. Alternatively, please complete the online form.

Upcoming Leasehold Improvement Group meetings will be held at 7pm - 9pm at the Civic Suite, Catford Road, SE6 4RU on the following dates:

  • 19 July 2012
  • 20 September 2012
