Major Works Improvement Group

The Major Works Improvement Group is open to all residents and was set up to involve residents in planning and procurement of Major Works. This page explains how you can join the Major Works Improvement Group and influence the schemes that take place.

We want to make our estates more desirable places to live, both inside and out. From your feedback and our stock condition survey we know we need to carry out a major programme of investment to improve the quality of some homes.

We want to involve residents in the planning,procurement and delivery of Major Works. One of our ways to do this is through our Major Works Improvement Group. This group is open to any tenant or leaseholder to attend and discusses a range of topics from what residents think is the best way to prioritise Major Works to how we procure these works
