To access the application, simply visit the Lewisham Homes website from your phone. The site will automatically recognise that a mobile device is being used and redirect you to the right online app for your phone.
From here you will be able to view your latest transactions and manage your accounts.
How to use the Mobile Application
Log in
Once downloaded, you will be able to log in and out of your account using
your regular online login details.
If you don’t have an account you can register for one here.
You will receive email notification of your successful registration, and your unique PIN number login by post.
View your accounts
Once you have logged in, you can view your accounts, including:
- Rent Statements
- Leasehold Accounts
- Major Works
- Court Costs
- Garages
You can also check the contact and personal information Lewisham Homes has on file for you.
Log off
Don’t forget to log off!
Clicking on the Logoff button will log you out of your account and take you back to the Mobile Home page.
Having Problems?
If the application doesn’t look right, you may not have the right version installed. To get the right version, click on the link that says ‘Problems viewing this version?’
Please note: if you have a Java-enabled, later generation Windows mobile 7 device, you may be able to access the iPhone version of the application by clicking on the ‘Alternative Version’ link.
