Improving the Service
Lewisham Homes aims to provide high quality services - but sometimes things go wrong.
If you are unhappy about any of our services or about service charges, you should tell us by contacting the Leasehold Services team as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to put things right.
If you are still not happy with the service we give, you can make a formal complaint.
We are always trying to improve our services to you. Your complaints and suggestions will help us to do this.
The Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE)
LEASE is an independent advisory body funded by Central Government. It can give free advice on the law affecting residential leasehold properties.
Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT)
Leaseholders are also able to exercise their rights to dispute a service charge through the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
We will always try to resolve a dispute before taking legal action and welcome the opportunities provided by the LVT for mediation rather than proceeding immediately to a hearing.
More information about the LVT can be found on their website (listed below) or in our Leasehold Handbook.
