Leasehold Improvement Group
Would you like to have a say in how Leasehold Services are delivered? This page will tell you how you as a Leaseholder can get involved and help shape the service you receive.
We want all of our residents to be involved and if you are a Leaseholder, you can contribute to issues that specifically affect leaseholders. The Leasehold Improvement Group meets six times per, year with focus groups in between, to get leaseholders’ views on specific topics.
By being part of the Leasehold Improvement Group:
- You can have a real say about the services that are delivered to you
- You will be consulted on changes to services or your service charge
- Residents have been actively involved in choosing the presentation of their service charge bills and making sure they are clear and concise.
