Antisocial behaviour - help for leaseholders

Lewisham Homes is committed to ensuring that all residents enjoy their right to peace and security in and around their homes.

We recognise that antisocial behaviour can have a severe effect on residents and we have a duty to take action to minimise this. Consequently we are using a range of measures to both prevent antisocial behaviour happening in the first place and taking action against it.

If you would like to report ASB using our online reporting form please click here.

For more information about ASB and the services Lewisham Homes' Antisocial Behaviour team provides to tenants and leaseholders who live on estates, please click here or call 0800 028 2 028 - Press 4 to speak to a member of the ASB team. (It may be cheaper to call 020 8613 4000 from a mobile). We operate an out-of-hours service for reporting antisocial behaviour.

We recognise that the causes and effects of antisocial behaviour vary and can affect all members of the community, not just our tenants. We will therefore always seek to work in partnership with other agencies to ensure that all measures available are used effectively to tackle antisocial behaviour problems.

Our partners include:

  • Antisocial Behaviour Action Team (ASBAT)
  • The Safer Lewisham Partnership
  • Police (including the Safer Neighbourhood Teams)
  • Neighbourhood Wardens
  • Environmental Health
  • Fire Service
  • Victim Support
  • Education Services
  • Adult Social Care
  • Joint Mental Health Services
  • Lewisham Action on Mediation Project (LAMP)
