Preferably the person you are recommending will be a member of a recognised trade association. If you would like to recommend a tradesperson please contact Leasehold Services.
Lewisham Council also operates a Handyperson service which can carry out certain types of small repairs for homeowners who are older, disabled or vulnerable. For more information about this service contact 020 8314 6309 or handyperson@lewisham.gov.uk

Emergency Services Repairs Pilot
We have often been asked if we can offer leaseholders the opportunity to buy into our Repairs Service for work they need inside their homes.
In response, during the coming year (2010/2011), we will be piloting an emergency repairs service for leaseholders as part of the Residents' Business Plan 2010/11. We'd love to know your views on this service and have sent out a survey to all leaseholders with the service charge statement, please return to it us freepost.
