Christmas opening hours
Lewisham Homes will be Closed from 25 December 2008 until 2 January 2009. The out of hours emergency repair service will continue to run during this time, please only use this service in an emergency. Only makesafe repairs will be carried out during this time and followed up when normal business hours resume from 2 January 2009.

Safety and security in your home is hugely important to us and we want our residents to be informed about keeping risks to a minimum. Crime is an unfortunate part of life but there are a few things you can do to increase your safety and security, including:

Many house fires at Christmas time result from trees overloading on electrical circuits. Tree lights run on 240 volts, so great care is required. To ensure you have a safe, happy and fire free Christmas, remember to do the following:
Review of current tenancy agreement
