Repairs inside Your Home

We are often asked by leaseholders to recommend a tradesperson when they need to have work inside their homes carried out, particularly for plumbing, electrical or gas repairs. Unfortunately we are not able to give recommendations. However, if other leaseholders have a tradesperson they would like to recommend Lewisham Homes would like to help leaseholders to exchange this information.

Preferably the person you a recommending will be a member of a recognised trade association. If you would like to recommend a tradesperson please contact Leasehold Services on 020 8314 7600 or email.
