The role of Resident Liaison Officers (RLO's)
The role of a RLO is ensure that our resident are supported through works taking place to their home. This includes arranging appointments for access to properties, dealing with contractor issues, liaising with support services where required and dealing with low level complaints from residents.
Sandra Hart, Project Co-ordinator, Lewisham Homes
Sandra is responsible for co-ordinating the Major Works programme in the south. Her role is monitor the contractors performance, ensure that properties are completed to the Major Works Standard and provide advice to residents receiving Major Works.
