Lewisham Park celebrates anniversary of stock transfer

Residents from Lewisham Park have celebrated the one year anniversary of its transfer from Lewisham Council to London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q). Staff from both the council and L&Q attended the event to meet with residents and it was an opportunity for all to see the improvements being made to the estate as part of the refurbishment programme.

New Music Apprenticeship opportunities

Stock Condition Survey starts 28 July

Lewisham Homes have appointed Savills, a firm of surveyors, to carry out a ‘Stock Condition Survey’ of our properties. Savills will have a look at the outsides of all properties and they also will need to enter some properties to have a look inside.
