Clear communal areas

Please keep passages and stairwells clear of furniture, toys and sporting equipment.

Any obstruction to a communal area is considered a safety hazard and could block exits in an emergency.

Lewisham Homes’ caretaking team will report any flytipping to the Council’s Envirocall service. Envirocall deals with abandoned vehicles, graffiti, pest control, recycling, refuse collection, fly tipping and lumber.
