Residents Charter

The Residents Charter sets out how residents will be informed and involved in
shaping Lewisham Homes. The Charter aims to make it easier for all residents to get
involved on topics of interest.
The Charter provides the framework for Lewisham Homes to: 

Learn from residents’ experiences to improve services. 

Inform residents about possible changes in services. 

Consult with residents in a variety of accessible ways on how we are
developing. 

Work with residents to develop services and policies that best meet the needs
of residents and the community. 

Monitor involvement opportunities.
