Applying for permission to make Improvements to your home

Secure Tenants have the right to carry out improvements to their home. Before you do any improvement works to your home you must contact your Tenancy Plus Officer or apply for permission online.

Improvements that you make without permission could mean that you have broken the terms of your tenancy agreement.
