Customer Satisfaction Survey monthly prize draw

Resident Mr Joao Roberto picks this month’s prize winner of the customer satisfaction survey.

Lewisham Homes conducts customer satisfaction surveys to get feedback from residents about the services provided. The feedback received from residents will be used to help improve customer satisfaction levels, and improve services to an excellent standard.

Customer satisfaction surveys are carried out in the following service areas: 

  • Estate Services; 
  • New Lettings; 
  • Repairs; 
  • Complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour (when a case is closed);

If you receive a telephone call from a member of staff asking you to take part in one of our customer satisfaction surveys, or receive a survey in the post. Could please take a few minutes to complete the survey; to help us improve your services, plus you may be the winner of the £50 prize voucher.
