What does my rent include?

Your rent is calculated weekly and is due every Monday.

Your rent includes

• Water charges, unless you have a water meter
• Heating and hot water, if you are on a communal system
• Rent for any storage sheds or parking bays from the Council
• Insurance premiums, if you are a member of Lewisham Council's home contents insurance scheme
• Linkline if you flat is connected to the social services helpline
• Service charges for caretaking, grounds maintenance and communal lighting, if you receive any or all of these services
• Support charges, if you live in sheltered accommodation

If you rent a garage you will pay for this separately.
